Hi. I'm João. I've been designing digital products with product teams for over 14 years.
I've worked with teams at Outsystems, MBway, Talkdesk and OLX, among others. Each one taught me something different about designing for very distinct contexts, constraints and people.
My background runs through Social Sciences, Psychology, Design, and a Master's in Design for Health and Wellbeing. My thesis explored the impact of conversational AI on user experience, a thread that stays with me, especially where AI and healthcare intersect.
UX Snack is more than a pun: the goal is to share knowledge in small portions, read between one meeting and the next, digested while the coffee is still warm.
No editorial calendar, no ambition to be exhaustive. The format varies: sometimes a short note, sometimes a long essay, sometimes a template or a resource list. Always in the right dose.
