About
A UX and product studio. And a public notebook that shares, in snack-sized portions, what we learn along the way.
We bring over 14 years of designing digital products in product teams, with time at companies like Outsystems, MBway, Talkdesk and OLX.
Each one taught us something different about designing for very distinct contexts, constraints and people.
Our background runs through social sciences, psychology and design, with research into design for health and the impact of conversational AI on user experience — a thread that stays with us, especially where AI and healthcare intersect.
UX Snack started as a notebook. Today it's also a studio: we help teams build digital products that work.
UX audits, digital product, AI design, web and branding. The philosophy is simple: we don't design to hand over files, we design to move business metrics. What we learn to do is what we write about here.
UX Snack is more than a pun: the goal is to share knowledge in small portions, read between one meeting and the next, digested while the coffee is still warm.
No editorial calendar, no ambition to be exhaustive. The format varies: sometimes a short note, sometimes a long essay, sometimes a template or a resource list. Always in the right dose.
